Brooke and her team of Bloomie's breathed life into this magical space, weaving their expertise and passion into every nook and cranny.
Solotel Group, wise and all-knowing, trusted the visionaries of Riverbar and Kitchen to Brooke’s Blooms to bring forth their wildest dreams. Without boundaries or restrictions, they worked their magic to create a space that defies convention and invites patrons to escape into a verdant rainforest oasis.
The 2023 version of Riverbar and Kitchen is a masterpiece, awash with luscious greenery, breathtaking textures, and exquisite foliage. The design concept is rooted in the lush rainforests of our imagination, where the air is thick with mist and the trees teem with life. Asplenium nidus sway in the breeze, Dendrobium sp. bloom in profusion, and the jungle comes alive with the trailing Rhipsalis and Epiprenum.
The selection of plants was a joyous affair, free from constraints and steeped in inspiration. The Hibiscus, a stalwart of the original design and build, remains the anchor point of the entire space, a testament to its resilience in the face of adversity. Through three floods and two major storms, it has withstood the test of time - a beacon of hope and a symbol of Solotel and Riverbar and Kitchen's unwavering spirit.
New features have been added, including stately, creating a harmonious balance of old and new. The space is teeming with green foliage of different textures and growing forms, creating an immersive experience that transports patrons into a world of wonder.
