Behind every successful business is a community of people providing support, trust and belief. Last year we were blown away by the amazing opportunities and growth we experienced during the uncertainty and disruption of a global pandemic. We were humbled by the love and support our new and existing clients have shown us.
And so, in 2021, we want to demonstrate how grateful we are to our clients, colleagues, suppliers, partners, family and friends for their support, trust and belief in us.
Each year here at Brooke’s Blooms we pick an annual theme to focus on for the year, this theme is embraced by our whole team and becomes apart of our culture. With the overwhelming support we received not only from our own team but from our suppliers and our clients last year we have decided that our 2021 theme would be focused on returning the support and love we have been shown and expressing our gratitude. That is why our 2021 is #weloveyou.
At Brooke’s Blooms, delighting our clients has always been at the core of our mission to create a landscape you will love. In 2021 we are renewing that focus by:
- Improving our processes so our client experience is front and centre because we want your interactions with us to be stress free and always a pleasure
- Being innovative in the way we design gardens to bring new ideas and solutions in creating landscapes that reflect your style, lifestyle and aesthetic preferences
- Giving back to our community through our sponsorship program
- Supporting our team member’s physical, mental and emotional health so they can be 100% present on their jobs and bring their best selves to your project
We will also be bringing our theme into our relationships with family and friends, looking for moments to give back through love, kindness and care to say thank you for their support and love.
It is a privilege to be invited into your gardens and to be entrusted with bringing your vision to life. So, in 2021 we are making a commitment to give back to you, to be better for you and to say thank you for being here with us.
