A couple of weeks ago we flew our rainbow flag high, kicking off our #weloveequality campaign with the whole team wearing limited edition t-shirts while on the tools.
It was such an incredible feeling watching the team embrace the campaign wearing their shirts proudly not just while at work but also out and about. The t-shirts have started some great conversations about who we are, what we stand for and how we're working to create equality in what we do.
But for us, this campaign is more than just a t-shirt, it's a pledge to our community and the world that no matter the circumstances, we will always respect each other.
Knowing we're creating community and making a social impact as a business is so important to us. We'd love to continue the conversation and keep the flag flying high.
