Christmas is a time of giving, a time when we come together and celebrate the beauty of togetherness. Christmas lights, glittering window displays, the sound of Christmas music travelling through the air. The holiday symbolises many things – the message of hope, of new beginnings, of unity, of togetherness. Most of all, it signifies the warm embrace of light – to give back to those who need it the most. That is what we believe here at Brooke’s Blooms, that Christmas is a time of togetherness, and of giving back. Therefore, every Christmas everyone at Brooke’s Blooms digs deep and donates to the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
The Starlight Children’s Foundation is a non-profit organisation that strives to better the lives of children suffering from serious illness and disabilities. By encouraging fun, joy and laughter, Starlight inspires elements that are essential to the children’s health and wellbeing. The Starlight Children’s Foundation unselfishly helps those who need it most and seeks very little in return.

This Christmas we sent Santa to the Starlight Foundation headquarters to deliver toys and accessories donated by all the Brooke’s Bloom staff. It was a small gesture but one that we hope helped to put a smile on a child’s face this Christmas.
